We do our best to ship your purchases as quickly as possible. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If there are multiple items from different product lines, they may come from different warehouses and as a result will ship separately.
Confirming your order and tracking shipments: if you have provided a valid e-mail address with your order, you will receive 2 e-mails. The first will confirm your order and the second confirms your shipment. We ship the majority of non-personalized items within 2 to 3 business days. Because of this, Express shipment is not usually necessary, which is why we often don’t offer it during checkout.
Our shipping rates reflect the total price of the order. Standard shipments leave via DHL and UPS Ground and will arrive within 1-5 business days after shipment. We do ship to Canada for an additional $15 surcharge to the existing ship charge. We do not ship overseas, to P.O. Boxes and to certain APO addresses. For special situations, please e-mail customerservice@comfycozybabyshoppe.com . We try to keep the charges very reasonable for your benefit. The shipping charges are:
0 - $30 = $6.95
$31 - $70 = $7.95
$71 - $100 = $8.95
$101 - $150 and up = $12.95
Incorrect or insufficient “ship to” addresses will be charged the DHL/UPS/FedEx fee for correction and re-pickup and reship, if necessary, usually $10. For your convenience, when your order ships you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number that you can use to track your order online. DHL/UPS/FedEx allow you to track your order while en route.
RETURNS: Unless otherwise noted, new merchandise can be returned at the recipient’s expense within 30 days of shipping for store credit or refund of the product’s purchase price. Returns are accepted under the following conditions: the product is undamaged and 100% within its original packaging and tags; it has not been personalized in any way by this Shoppe or others; all original receipts and invoices are included. If there is some problem, please email customerservice@comfycozybabyshoppe.com for refund permission and return mailing address for merchandise.
